Do you deliver worldwide?
For now, we only deliver to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Upon request, we can ship individually to almost all of Europe.
Where do you ship goods from?
We ship from Prague.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request a change or cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order . After this time, all requests will be rejected. However, once your order has been delivered, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard).
Is it possible to order with cash on delivery?
Due to bad experiences, we unfortunately do not provide this option.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Order processing may take longer during holidays and sales. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends (exceptionally, we ship on Saturdays).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is 2-3 days . Due to high demand, delivery may take 2-7 days.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 9 days of dispatch , you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
No. We ship the goods from Prague, so there is no risk of anything like that.
