Shipping and delivery

Fast and reliable delivery to your chosen location.

We deliver in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible so that they arrive to you on time and in perfect condition.

Order processing
We try to process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:00 PM will be processed the same business day, or the following business day at the latest (depending on workload).

Shipment tracking
After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you have chosen the delivery method to the Zásilkovna box or the pick-up point, do not forget to choose the exact location after sending the payment. If you have not done so, you can choose the delivery location via the link in the confirmation email.

Can I change which box or pickup location my package will be delivered to?

Yes, you can change the location in your order overview within one hour of confirmation.

Information about shipping companies:
We cooperate with the renowned shipping company Zásilkovna (Packeta) to ensure reliable delivery of your shipments.

We deliver to Zasilkovna boxes, dispensing points and directly to your home.

Shipping prices depend on the weight and country of delivery. As a rule, shipping is more expensive for every 5 kg.
